Biography
Andrea Teitel is an adjunct faculty member of the Nurse Anesthesia program in the College of Health Professions and an affiliate clinical coordinator since 2007. She has served the Michigan Association of Nurse Anesthetists as a former president, federal political director and government relations chair.
Andrea is a practicing certified registered nurse anesthetist at Huron Valley Sinai Hospital within the Detroit Medical Center and is also an independent contractor and consultant for anesthesia services and malpractice cases involving CRNAs.
Andrea is married with two grown children. She enjoys running, swimming, reading, cooking and travel.
