Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà maintains the confidentiality of student records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 as amended. More information on FERPA and your rights can be found on our FERPA and Your Student Records page.

Scholarship and Financial Aid Office allows students to complete the FERPA Release Form to designate individuals of their choice (including parents) who are authorized to speak with the Financial Aid Office regarding financial information. Students can list multiple individuals on the FERPA Release Form, but without the form on file, we are not able to speak with anyone besides the student regarding the student's financial aid.
